I had nagging pain from a meniscus tear. Dr Meijer did a scope and “clean up” of the meniscus. My experience was unbelievable and exceeded all my expectations. The staff in the surgical area was the greatest. Everyone was super sweet, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me and my spouse. Post-op I had no pain that needed more then a dose of acetaminophen. I was up walking and at PT the next morning. I have not had any pain since the surgery. I feel like my knee is back to normal before the injury and I am back to full activities at my 6 week follow-up. I was doing almost all activities except weight lifting at 3-4 weeks post-op. This was the most amazing experience. I am pain free and back to all my activities and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
